I acknowledge and understand that the use of any services provided by Halftime Sports (UEN 53520400X) (“Halftime”), including but not limited to its recreational sport leagues and sporting equipment (the “Services”), carries a risk of personal injury and may result in severe or permanent disability or death.

I acknowledge and agree that my use of and/or participation in the Services is voluntarily and undertaken at my own risk.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assignees, personal representatives, persons under my guardianship, and next of kin, agree to release and not hold liable Halftime, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives for any and all personal injury, disability, death and/or loss of or damage to property suffered by me arising directly or indirectly from my use of and/or participation in the Services, whether arising from negligence or not, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assignees, personal representatives, persons under my guardianship, and next of kin, agree to release, indemnify, keep indemnified and defend Halftime, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, actions, claims, demands, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis and experts’ and consultants’ fees), settlement sums and sums paid in satisfaction of a court, arbitral or expert award incurred, suffered or paid by Halftime arising directly or indirectly from my use of the Services.

I permit, waive and release the use of my name and picture or likeness by Halftime in relation to Halftime’s events and activities including but not limited to marketing content on its website and/or social media.

I acknowledge that I have fully read and understood all the terms of the above Waiver, Release and Indemnity. I acknowledge, understand and agree that I have given up substantial rights by signing this Waiver, Release and Indemnity and that I have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
