How long is each game? The listed time slot is several hours long?
Each game is 1 hour per week for the 4-week season. Your exact match time will fall within the time slot listed (3-5pm). You'll get a finalised schedule with your exact match times, and everything else you need to know, by email before the season kicks off.

I want to sign up with a few friends, but we don't have a full team.
Easy - register everyone together in one checkout on the Individual Registration page, and we'll put you on the same team. Already paid separately? Email us and we'll sort you out. We'll add just enough other players to round out your squad to a full team.
What if I can't make it for all the games this season?
That's completely okay! Just come when you can. If you can't make a game, a friend can fill in for you. Just make sure they've set up a Halftime account first (so they're covered by our waiver) and that your teammates are happy to welcome them. Your fee covers the full season either way, whether you play every week or send a stand-in now and then.
Can I bring a friend to fill in mid-season?
Yes! Just make sure they have their own Halftime Member account before they play - this ensures they're covered by our waiver. And make sure your teammates are happy to have them join.
Is equipment provided?
Yes, we provide IFF-certified floorball sticks. So you can just turn up and play. Feel free to bring your own stick, subject to Halftime's approval.
Is there a gender ratio rule per team?
Yes. Our leagues are mixed-gender by design, so we ask every team to field a mixed line-up with at least one female player on court at all times. It keeps games inclusive and balanced, which makes them more fun for everyone.
Do I play with the same teammates every week?
Yes! Once you're placed on a team, that's your crew for the season. Whether you signed up solo or with friends, you'll have the same teammates each week. You can look forward to familiar faces each week, build a bit of chemistry over the season, maybe enter the next season together.
